“Lovely stay super handy to the caves”

Great location after visiting Postojna and skocjan caves. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast included

Stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our first experience of Slovenian hospitality. The guesthouse has been in the same family for ten generations and the current owner is a great host. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, as were the evening meals that we had there. It's a good location as you can visit Trieste easily as well as exploring the local area.

The room was very clean, the communication with the guesthouse was easy and the access to the building is convenient by car. There's enough parking space in front of the building and also a path that goes into a forest nearby for walks in the nature. Even though the room was at on the street side, the traffic didn't bother us, as it wasn't that heavy and the curtains, windows and wooden shades block the sound really well. There was a delicious breakfast on site, the host made us eggs and coffee and the rest is buffet style. The beds were very comfy and the hotel is generally quiet. We had everything we needed in the bathroom and there's a kettle and an espresso machine in the room. The location is convenient for bike rides, a trip to Trieste or the wine region. There are also several restaurants in range and of course, the Lippizzan Horse Farm is a few minutes away, which makes it a great accommodation if you're visiting the farm, like we did. The unit we were in has a nice little patio with a bit of shade, so I could hang out there for work or just to chill. The internet could be improved, I could only use it outside or at the main building, but it didn't bother me that much. As a suggestion, I think more vegetables for breakfast would be a nice touch. We would definitely choose Muha Guesthouse again !

The apartment at Guesthouse Muha was excellent. The host confirmed breakfast times on arrival, provided advice on local eateries, and assisted where requied. Apartment was very roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was great on both mornings. Strongly recommend.

Stayed in Lokev to explore the area south of LJ. Short distances to the caves and to the coast of SLO and IT. Been satisfied with the room. Good breakfast made in the restaurant. Parking in front of the house.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment we had was great, clean and spacious. We had dinner and breakfast at the guesthouse and we were really impressed with both. Delicious food and really good.value. The staff were really helpful and friendly - would definitely go back

Comfortable and clean room, equipped with shutters so you can sleep in darkness. Closed courtyard with table and bench available to guests, if you want to spend time outside your room. Lovely walk with views on the countryside available along the fields right by the hotel if you fancy a walk before dinner. Good breakfast at the restaurant. Parking right in front of the rooms. And the location is very convenient for many sites of interests such as Lipica, the Skocjan caves, Trieste, etc.

“Fantastic guesthouse”

Everything—ten minute drive to cave. Quiet room: even though the road was right outside the window, the window has good sound proofing, so I did not hear traffic. Room has air conditioning. Comfy bed and clean room. Quiet room—got a great night’s sleep. Tasty breakfast. I would stay here again.
