“A special place”

Viva Vacation Resort is a tranquil haven situated right on the beach with beautiful established gardens. It’s a little gem of a place. We spent four nights there. We ate mostly in their restaurant. Very good prices and delicious Thai food.Staff at the restaurant very professional. We did eat a couple of times at a place two doors down on the right as you look out to sea. Also good food and good value. Didn’t have a massage here so can’t comment. The villa was very spacious. The decor is a little tired. I think they need to invest in some new interior furniture and fixings. Having said that, the price was excellent at under £100 per night for large space and a high quality breakfast.A big shout out to Nong, one of the ladies on reception. We think you’re fantastic.♥️ The pool is mega. Big and clean and a joy to swim on.

Nice beach, good food at the restaurant

Very cute little resort almost like its own village. We joined the New Year’s Eve evening which featured a BBQ buffet, dancing, music and games. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some peace and quiet.

“Charming thai hotel with fantastic sea views and adorable staff.”

The hotel is super charming and the staff is truly fantastic, both at the hotel and restaurant. The waitresses and waitor in the restaurant and bar is super friendly, and food is great. The house is quite big, huge bathroom. There are many cats, dogs and roosters/hens, and plenty of birds. Very quiet location, so you can just relax and watch the sunset. Lovely beach, and we had calm waters the four days we were there. Pool is also nice. It seems like the hotel is well run, and Tip organized several things for us. Just great. The garden is also lovely.

“Great Resort to relax away from town life”

The bungalow is very big with 2 toilets, 1 shower and 1 bath .there is a cieling fan in the living room and aircon in the sleeping room. The garden is beutiful and well maintained . The staff are friendly and nice. There is a private beach that is very nice with a bar you can order food or drink from.

A fantastic property, the room was huge and clean, there was a lovely restaurant on the beach, the gardens were incredibly peaceful and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was the beachfront bar — the food and drinks served there were absolutely fantastic. The staff at the bar were the kindest and most welcoming I have ever met. They truly made the experience unforgettable. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!

“Perfect Stay”

Do not let the exterior of this resort fool you. Reception area is very basic, but the wonderful staff made up for that. Once we were checked in, we were shown to our bungalow. Wow! Extremely spacious - and the bathroom is huge! Such a lovely little place - we will definitely go back. The garden is lovely. Breakfast was included and really good. On-site beach restaurant is extremely expensive with food and drinks, but barely 5 min walk down the beach, there is a very well priced little restaurant at the water's edge. We had most of our meals there. The location is very quiet, the pool is great - as are the comfy hammocks on the beach. We rented a scooter from the hotel and rode all over Koh Samui.

“Hidden gem off the beaten track”

An absolutely amazing place! Big and spacious garden with beautiful trees and flowers, perfect when travelling with children as there is lots of shade.The photos does not do this place justice. It felt like we had the place all to ourselves for hours each day. The beach is very quiet so this is the place to go if you are looking for a serene place to relax. The staff make you feel so welcome and are truly very helpful. Everyone who worked there were great with our baby, playing with him and always making sure we hadd everything we needed for him. He had such a great time. In our opinion the best place to go for families with small children, but also lovely for couples. The villas are really spacious. Great breakfast. Would love to come back one day!

“A Calm and beautifull oasis”

Kind and helpful staff. Beautifull pool area, restaurent at the beach, beach bar. A very calm place and some magic moments, sunsets, dinners experienced. Good prices in restaurant. Beautifull beach - very low tide. We travelled with our two kids (0 and 3), and it was really a calm experience. We had the first bungalow (101) amazing view and location of this bungalow., especially also convenience with pool, beach etc. Breakfast very traditional, however made with passion, so we enjoyed it.

A beautiful property in the nicest, quietest area of the beach. We’ve travelled around to a few of the other resorts and nowhere has the peace and serenity of this place, as well as the beautiful gardens and sense of openness and expanse. Unfortunately we could not stay for longer – we would rather have stayed there for a couple of weeks, but they did not have availability. The staff are delightful - warm and helpful. The pool is really lovely – obviously done quite recently. The bungalows are huge – equipped with two bathrooms a living area and a walk in wardrobe- very well built. Very tasty food at the restaurant also. See you very soon. Thank you!
