The property is very clean and well maintained, the owners are amazing and are on hand to help with anything that’s needed and very accommodating. Lots of space in the bungalows with all the appliances you need. Very peaceful for a well needed switch of. I would definitely stay again.

“Great stay in a calm part of the island”

Very chilled, nice bungalows for a reasonable price. The owner Hendrik and his wife Waran were lovely, and even helped us to get to the ferry pier.

When we arrived at the place at 7:00 pm, we hadn’t had dinner yet, and the place was a bit far from any restaurants. Right away, we were offered to borrow our host’s scooter so we could go somewhere to eat. That was absolutely world-class service. In addition, our host took us to the ferry the next morning free of charge. I can truly recommend this place. The bed was also really comfortable to sleep in. The entire bungalow was just excellent!

I absolutely loved my stay at BSK Bungalows in Lipa Noi. The bungalows were clean, comfortable, and tucked away in a quiet, private area—perfect for relaxing. Waran and Hendrick are exceptional hosts who truly go above and beyond. One morning, Waran surprised us with a beautiful sticky rice platter after I casually mentioned wanting to try it—such a thoughtful gesture! They have contacts for everything you might need: car rentals, nails, and Waran is amazing at hair and makeup. The on-site scooter hire made getting around super convenient.

Peaceful, easy to access. Bungalows are great for couples or single travellers. Lipa Noi area is very beautiful, all necessary services near by and beach is awesome, not too many tourists, so it's not crowded.

Quiet, great rooms, good quality matresses (we slept well!), motorbike rental, free pick up and drop off from ferry pier. Hosts are kind and heplful.

“Clean, comfortable & quite stay”

The stay was amazing! To start with the host was very friendly and hospitable, hands down the best experience we had in the island. Also the room was spacious, super clean & with VERY comfortable bed. There is a pool for everyone to use, location is calm & quite, but not too far from 7/11 & the beaches with best sunset view. Definitely recommend!

“Great vacation in Koh Samui”

The owners were extremely nice, helpful, and polite. They came to pick us up from the port at no extra charge. Scooters can be rented as well. The location is in Lipa Noi, 10-15 minutes from a beautiful soft sandy beach with a beautiful sunset, restaurants and coffee around. The room was very clean, comfortable, with a small kitchen,. Good size bathroom with great hot shower. A pool to chill out. The owner cooks breakfast / dinner for a small fee. Laundry can be washed as well. Great place for a great vacation! We will be back!

Waran and hendrik were so welcoming. Couldn't do enough for you . They do privide taxi service to/from airport or harboir. They helped with local knowledge, arranged us a scooter last minuite. .Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was divine, even provided us with baked beans following a conversation we had about breakfast in the UK. The bungalow were spacious and clean , well presented - nothing like the pictures on website. Pictures don't do it justice.

Waran and Hendrik made our stay in the bungalow pleasant and relaxing. We found one of the most beautiful accommodations we had in Thailand. The bedroom is very spacious and bright, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the bathroom is clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner can be served on request. The small pool is very clean. You did a good job, we will definitely be back. Thank you!
