We felt right at home in this beautifully and lovingly designed apartment. Everything has been thought of to make it cozy and provide everything guests need, including a fully equipped kitchen with oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, milk frother... the steam room was a wonderful bonus! The apartment has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, and the surroundings are a natural idyll. Here you can truly unwind and simply enjoy everything. Many thanks to Katja for the warm welcome!

Great steam sauna, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette. We could do our laundry ourselves on request. Very nice and helpful hosts. The recommended mudflat hike was very nice.

“Top!”
We enjoy to stay at katja's and Harry's place. The view was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and the steam sauna were great and the host are warm people. If we travel to friesland again, for sure, we will sleep here.

It is in a most beautiful location in the countryside. Quiet, relaxed, charming, small but perfectly formed. The steamroom is a great addition. Ideal base to go exploring that part of the Netherlands. Comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower. The kitchen has all the facilities you need.

“It’s a lovely place to stay at. Close to other nearby towns, Lauwersoog, and even for a day trip to Schiermonnikoog.”
- comfortable bed - steam sauna inside the apartman - kitchen space - table outside the apartman in a little garden space - cats :) (they are not allowed in the apartman, but are friendly and cute) - private parking spot - the owners are friendly, gave us all information needed and how we can reach them in case of problems; however you have both your privacy - if you need breakfast, reach out to the owners ahead of time, so that they can plan with it
