Casa Arrigo is owned by the Neri family who own the Villa Neri Spa hotel close by. It is situated on the slopes of Mt Etna adjacent to a vineyard. There are 2 parts, the original as you see on the website and a great new contemporary addition with good views of Mt Etna. The contemporary (superior?) double room we had is lovely, with a modern 4 poster bed, a walk in shower and even a sauna which you can book to use. Wonderful view of Etna. Linguaglossa, the town close by, has several good restaurants to choose from. Staff helpful.

The setting is gorgeous and tranquil. Upon entering the property, there is a lovely little area strewn with olive trees which lead to the first set of rooms. Behind these rooms is a pool area which overlooks a lush lawn. From the breakfast area which is surrounded by glass windows all around, one can see a stunning view of Mount Etna sitting above the property's own vineyards. Our hostess, Angela, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She was able to give us a few friendly tips on where to go and what to do in the area and she told us about the wines and the olive oil that is produced on their lands.

This was a quick overnight stay to go snowboarding the next morning. The room was great and very warm and comfortable even though it was 40 degrees F outside.

She was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, and she truly made our mornings special. Her friendliness, genuine care, and positive energy made us feel at home, and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared. She is a real asset to the property. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a personal touch that makes all the difference.

Stunning location below Mt Etna amongst vineyards and forests. Close to lots of walks, Alcantara Gorge and Piano Provenzana. Beautiful accommodation with everything you need and pool with views. Had a nice lunch in hotel.

Our hostesses (Angela and Lucrezia) were absolutely lovely and super accommodating. We were treated very well and always got every help we asked for. The property itself is beautiful set against a stunning view of Mount Etna in the background. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend to others.

The location was beautiful! Surrounded by nature, vineyards and a nice view of Etna! The room was clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. We did not catch the name of the lady during our check in who lived in Scotland but she was great! Friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was delicious. Lovely pool and surroundings. Private parking right in front. We can recommend this place 100%!

Great location at the base of the Etna next to a vineyard and lots of olive trees. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cottages are clean and quiet.

This was the second time we have been to casa arrigo, as the views are beautiful. However this time round they tricked us into believeing that we have a two bedroom apartment we paid 446 euro between 5 for 2 nights & instead it was a 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed with your head tilted downwards and a matress as thin as 10cm max, obviosuly totally unacceptable and went to report this issue immediatley. Lucrezia was gentle and managed solved the issue immediately and transferred two of us to the next door rooms, that belong to villa neri however nearly two hours later they contactes me via booking.com to pay an additional €110 which is totally unacceptable!

Location was great with a lovely view of Mount Etna. Breakfast was good and could enjoy it outside. Also managed to do a wine tasting at Casa Arrigo which was fun!
