Great place to stay, quiet and peaceful but close to the main area in Lindos. Hosts were super friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and came with everything we needed. Really recommend!

Great place run by a lovely family who were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The grounds are lovely and peaceful, the studio was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Super comfortable bed :) We weren't prepared for how busy it would still be in the village at the end of September so it was perfect to have this oasis of calm to retreat to.

The apartment was perfect for us as two friends staying there - it was spacious, comfortable and very clean! We loved being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings, taking in the view before heading out for the day. The apartments feel safe and secure and the grounds are pretty, with lots of fruit trees, and we loved seeing all the cats and chickens roaming around too! The apartment is in a great location too, just a short 10 minute walk from Lindos, a supermarket 5 mins walk away and plenty of space on the road to park the car. The area is nice and quiet which was great for some chill time, out of the hustle and bustle of Lindos town. Alekos and family are really friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We really appreciated the gift basket of snacks and drinks after a long travel day, it was a really nice touch. We would love to stay again! Thank you!

Ideal location to explore the island, walking distance to beautiful beaches and lindos town. Really lovely hosts, Alekos and Cynthia were very welcoming and friendly and always ready to help if needed. We would really recommend staying there when in Rhodes!

“A disappointing stay with poor cleanliness, no privacy, and bad value for money, despite the lovely garden and relativel”

Overall, the stay was average. The garden is beautiful, and the location is relatively close to Lindos town. However, we didn’t like the lack of privacy — the owners entered the room while we were away, for no apparent reason, and during our entire stay, the sheets and towels were never changed. For the price per night, we definitely wouldn’t return. WiFi doesn’t work at all, and even your own mobile internet struggles due to poor signal in the area. The rooms have no TV, which might be important for some guests. If you're allergic to insects or cats, be aware — the place is full of both. We also noticed spider webs in some parts of the room, which shows a lack of proper cleaning.

Lovely family. They met us and explained how everything works and had us a bottle of wine and snacks on arrival. Lovely people. The room was very clean and had what you’d expect. We needed an iron as we were off to a wedding. We told the owners there was one on the room waiting. Location is at the top of Lindos. So basically walking distance down to the beach and town. We got the shuttle back up for 50cents.

We stayed here for ten days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect – in just a 10-minute walk you can easily reach both the historic center of Lindos and Lindos Beach, and from here you can also explore all the main beaches of both southern-central and northern-central Rhodes. Also immediately close you can have 2 minimarkets. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed anything, they were there for us, giving us tips on where to go and even lending us umbrellas and beach chairs for beaches. The house itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, fresh grapes, and other treats. It’s very spacious for a couple, and we especially enjoyed the small veranda where we could have dinner and relax in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and large – a real kitchen, not just a small induction hob – with everything you might need to cook comfortably. We truly had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it.

The hosts were wonderful! Greeted me with big smiles and showed me the apartment and its features. The walk up from the gate is picturesque with lovely flowers and grapes and the studio itself was very cute! Good value for money, nice walk to town (10-15 mins) also a nice area to go for a little run too!

Everything. We were very late arriving at Venus Island due to a delay on our outward flight but Alekos and Chrysanthi were still waiting for us and showed us around our studio. We had everything we needed. Also a welcome pack on arrival and treats during our stay were much appreciated. The garden, which we were encouraged to make use of, is beautiful. The whole atmosphere is calm and restful, a sanctuary away from the beautiful but very busy, Lindos old town. Our outward flight was also delayed but we were able to extend our time in the studio at a minimal cost so that we could enjoy our last day in Lindos. Alekos and Chrysanthi are brilliant hosts and thankyou also to Anna who kept in touch during our ever changing arrival and departure times.

The property was immaculate with a very comfy bed and crisp cotton sheets. The kitchen had everything you need for a holiday stay. It was quiet and peaceful and the air conditioning was very welcome!

We had a lovely stay in this charming property, ideally located within walking distance of Lindos. The area is peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The hospitality was truly exceptional—Chrisanthi and Alekos were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with umbrellas and excellent recommendations for beaches and places to visit nearby. The garden was beautifully maintained, the view from our studio was fantastic, and the overall cleanliness of the space on arrival was impeccable.

A fantastic 6 night stay in this wonderful accomodation just outside the stunning town of Lindos! The studio was very clean, very well equipped and comfortable with excellent air con, which was much needed! The owners and their daughter were so hospitable and fully available to us and helped us with some queries. They also facilitated an early check in and late check out.

“A wonderful holiday in Lyndos”

Chrysanti and Alekos were exeptional hosts always accessible, ready to help and friendly. The day we arrived they both welcomed us as friends and left us a bottle of wine, two bottles of water in the fridge, a bowl of fruit and a lot of biscuits and pastries on the kitchen table for our first breakfast. Venus Island apartments are not far from Lyndos centre. They are in a very good position, surrounded by a beautiful garden and very near to a small Krana supermarket. The self-catering apartment was clean, quiet and well-equipped with a washing machine, a shower and air-conditioning. Our hosts changed our bedsheets and towels after the first week and cleaned the apartment too during our stay. I would definitely recommend Venus Islands Apartments for your holidays!
