“Amazing views for a budget price”

I stayed in the studio apartment with a sea view and the private terrace was the stand out element of the stay. The view was inspiring and really was the highlight. The small kitchenette was sufficient to do a basic breakfast and coffee. The bed was comfortable. While available I didn't need to use the air-conditioning in late April

We had the rooftop apartment with the amazing terrace. We enjoyed the perfect view to the castle. Apartment was perfectly clean. New and amazing. Owner was really nice and kind. Great stay in the heart of the old Lindos city but perfectly quiete.

That we were given enough towels and toiletries for our stay and wasnt woken up by anybody.we were there to relax as we do a very hard job.

I stayed here for 7 nights and only had hot water for 2 of them. Every day, I was promised, “We’ll come tomorrow to fix it,” but no one showed up until the 5th day — and that only happened after I contacted Booking support twice. Security is questionable; in my case, the gate to the apartment was broken. There was a terrible smell in the toilet that kept returning, and the shower was dirty. The space is quite small, with no closet — just hangers on the wall. The village has no car access, and it's difficult to move around with luggage, so If you're thinking of leaving this so-called "Greek paradise," you might actually find yourself thinking: maybe staying without hot water isn't so bad after all.

We booked 3 nights at Arte Lindos Suite in Lindos (Rhodes), attracted by the beautiful terrace shown in the photos. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, it was a complete disappointment. There was no one there to welcome us, and the room we were given was not the one we had booked: no view, no terrace, nothing like what was shown in the pictures. When you pay for a certain level of comfort, you expect to get what was promised. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. We called and were given a vague excuse: “I’ll come and fix it.” Of course, no one ever came, and the connection remained unusable throughout our stay. Another major issue: a disgusting sewage smell that would regularly come into the room. Completely unacceptable for a place that claims to be “high-end.” And to top it all off, on our last day we had no running water at all. We couldn’t shower or even use the toilet. When I called, I was told it was a “city issue.” I don’t buy that excuse – nowadays, there are solutions for a hotel to manage such situations, especially when guests are paying a high price. I had to go to another hotel just to take a shower and use the bathroom – and guess what? They had water. In short: no service, false advertising, questionable hygiene, and total lack of care for guests. I strongly advise against staying at this property or booking anything with this unprofessional group. It’s outrageous to charge so much for such a poor experience.

The room was a lovely size and had everything we needed, including wine, beer, bread, juice etc in the fridge, which was unexpected. The terrace was lovely with a beautiful view.
