“scam”
A scam. We had to extend our stay and the owner demanded cash or a bank transfer to his personal account, bypassing the Booking procedure. He kicked us out of his accommodation days before without refunding us the money because he invented that we consumed more heating than we should, when this information is false and could be checked with a thermometer that we bought. In addition, the house was poorly insulated. He turned off our hot water and heating remotely. A false and unfriendly owner. Booking should control this establishment. It is not ethical to offer it. It has been denounced in court.
