Great place for a relaxing getaway. I especially enjoyed the spa area — it has a very calm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and recharging. The location is also wonderful and truly contributes to a peaceful отдых, making it easy to disconnect from everyday stress. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily come back again!

The heated pool, sauna and steam room. The breakfast was good and a great variety. The bar did good drinks. Very relaxing ambiance. Not to far from Grober Arber and zwesil.

“Hotel is not good for value”
Hotel looks nice in classic german style. NO ENGLISH hotel. It looks very airy. It has lot of parking spaces in front of hotel or hotel has own garage for parking. Hotel has two parts, which are connected together. There is swimming pool outside. But we didnt use it. Hotel has some spa, but we didnt use it too. The first contact with recepcitionist was not good. We arrived after 18pm and the man didnt speak english at all, only german. This was my worst experience with welcoming ever! We didnt understand anything. If you are not able to find staff with english language, it will be good to have prepair welcoming paper in english, not in german as well again. We had small room in the 2.floor under the roof. The room was very dark and "at the end of hotel". The roof is inclined, so the person who sleep on the side to window must be very carefully, because there is possibility to hit your head. Bed is soft, and blankets are good for cold winter weather. Bathroom has everything what you need - shower gel, shampoo, hand cream, hair drier. I expected more better breakfast for this type of hotel. Dining room is very nice with modern furniture, you can eat also outside. You can choose tomatoes, cucumber, 2 types of salami, 4 types of cheese, 3 types of ham, some meat with onion, fresh cheese and two types of pate, sausages, bratwurst, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, musli, dried fruits and 3 types of sweets. Sweets are not good, classic pastery from the shop, no german cakes and strudel. Everything on small plates which are immediately empty.The coffee from machine is wonderful. We used the hotel bar. Barman was very friendly man.

“Good price value. But don’t expect too much”
Friendly staff. The temperature in the rooms was realy cosy. Comfortable matresses!! Smart kids activity (riddle&colouring book) to keep them busy throughout their stay.

the hotel was quite old. renovated but with cheap materials. outside nothing special around the hotel. the only thing worth it is that it is in a very good location and the food was very good

“wonderful holidays”
Very friendly staff, always ready to help, especially at the restaurant! Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfasts were very good, wide choice of vegetables and fruits, fresh bread, different types of cheese and ham, cereals, tasty omelette a d sausages. Coffee was also very tasty. Dinner buffet was also beyond the expectations, especially on Friday and Saturday evening: fish, meat, chicken, vegetables, wide range of desserts, soup of the day - very delicious! The bar is very cosy, nice choice of drinks and cocktails. The Spa area was amazing as well: warm enough swimming pool, two big saunas, the massage was very relaxing and professional: the best I’ve ever tried at the hotels! The location is very good-many skiing slopes nearby, just 5-10 min by car. Enough space for parking a car. Even when the hotel is full of guests, the staff is very quick and always try to help with everything!!!
