The owner is absolutely helpful. The apartment is nice, close to two pubs (we haven't tried), on the way to Falkenstein. Parking is possible just by the house. The surroundings are beautiful, we made as many trips as possible.

The whole house was so cold, especially in the bedroom, the radiators were warm but with no effect. Warm and hot water in the kitchen was also quickly gone…. But everything else was good.
