Fulvio is the owner and extremely charismatic and helpful – it was a great welcome and stay. The place is spacious, perfect if you want to cook your own meals. One detail to note: to reach the apartment, you’ll need to go up some stairs and a sloped path. So if you’re okay with carrying your luggage, that’s fine. There is no garage, so you’ll park on the street near the property – the distance is between 200m and 500m. Another point: there’s no support structure nearby (like a market or restaurant). The closest supermarket is about 3km away and closes early. So make sure to plan ahead.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, equipped with everything necessary for a long stay and rest. The owner is very caring and charming. And the view from the patio is just wonderful! I liked everything very much. Thank you very much.

Comfortable and clean apartament. Well equipment kitchen and bathroom. Quiet neighborhood and good location very close to Bellagio. Fulvio was always ready to help and guide us with everything.

“Great stay if visiting Limonta”
We were at limonta for a wedding and would recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the town. Apartment is clean, comfy and has everything you need. Check in was easy. Host very friendly. Easy to get to the main villia down the steps if you are attending an event there (Note limonta is small with no shops/ restaurants. Transport to Bellagio can be infrequent)

Good apartment with beautiful view from the patio. Nice set of kitchen utilities, super strong pressure in the shower, very clean.
