“Stunning Italian Lakes Hotel”

Absolutely stunning views, super clean property inside and out. Pool area was great. Good breakfast. Only 20 mins to Limone on foot which is an easy walk down but hard hill back up with two children! There are tuk tuk taxis though. Also easy location to visit nearby Malcesine (by ferry) and Riva Del Garda (by car) which were both worth a visit.

The hotel is very nice, the view from the room is amazing, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is good! The beach is 5 mins walk from the hotel. It was overall a very nice stay.

The standard of the property is not a 3 star. More like 4 or 5. Location is stunning and the whole of the hotel areas look right out over the lake. Nice15 min walk to town. It is absolutely beautiful from the moment you arrive. The food was excellent. All the staff were exceptionally good. In the restaurant, on the front desk and the cleaners also were really lovely and wanting to do more. It’s very clean. Our room was amazing. We didn’t want to leave !

Everything! It was superb. Way better than the 3* rating it’s been given! We had one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was very luxurious. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.

In short, the Mercedes Hotel is a unique gem that combines breathtaking views, comfort, sophisticated style, delicious food, and a warm welcome from the staff. ​And if you, my dear reader, love details, then here they are. ​About Us: ​We travel as a couple, without children, and on vacation we love to stay active, visit interesting places, and explore local authentic food. ​Location: ​From everywhere in the hotel, you are greeted with such gorgeous views that, in principle, you could never leave and just enjoy the beauty right from your bed. The hotel is located away from crowds, about a 15–20 minute walk from the port. Along the way, you can admire the mountain views and walk through the old town. The beach is a ten-minute walk away. Even closer is the "BestOne" bike and scooter rental point. Near the port, there is a multi-level paid parking lot. Whether by car or by water transport, it is very convenient to get from Limone to all the important points around the lake. ​ Facilities: ​Someone in the comments complained about the mattresses. The mattress is soft, yes. But that’s a matter of taste. Even I like a soft mattress, while my partner prefers firmer ones. On the plus side, there are two types of pillows to choose from. Our quadruple room was very organically decorated in a naturalistic style, blending harmoniously with the surrounding natural beauty. ​For spending time outside the room, you have a wide choice: ​Two lobbies ​An upper-floor terrace ​A covered terrace near the restaurant ​Sun loungers by the pool ​The pool is heated, which is a lifesaver on cool days. There is even a jacuzzi here. And for your car, there will be a reserved spot in the covered parking garage. ​Food: ​For breakfast, the omelet comes with some greens (peas, broccoli, green beans), a rich assortment of cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh vegetables. There are several types of bread, buns, croissants, and muffins. Natural coffee, tea, juice, and milk are provided.

Everything about this stay was truly excellent. From the friendly and attentive staff, the delicious food, and the peaceful location, to the high quality and thoughtful design of the rooms and the hotel as a whole. Everything exceeded expectations. Details like the solid wooden floors and unique design pieces really elevate the experience and make the stay feel special. We spend 4 nights.

The decor of the hotel is very modern and extremely good quality. Everything was very well thought out and beautiful. The restaurant was good value, very tasty food and served by very polite staff. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice with both hot and cold foods.
