“Absolutely fenomenal!”
Everything was perfect, wish we could have stayed longer! The view, the pool and sunbeds, the breakfast, just amazing overall! Big shoutout to the amazing staff, absolutely fantastic people! Will want to come back someday for sure!

The hotel was totaly adourable!! The enterace very warm surprising as the rooms were lower. The view is stunning and tge peace and relaxed atmosphere perfect. Great dinning room with excellent veriaty and good coffie!!!! Great balcony on the roof top too! We enjoyed it very much!

The view was amazing, the prices was good at the restaurant, and the staff really help to make us feel comfortable. The A/C wasn't working and they gave us a heater and blankets. Thank you very much for the good experience !

The property is in a great location and not too far from the town of Limone. The pool was clean and had an amazing view! Breakfast was a great selection and had plenty of choice

The hotel had an amazing view of the lake, it was right at the shore. The staff (especially the gentleman in the dinner shift) was really helpful. There was private parking spots without a fee. The hotel also offered bicycles free of charge.

“The Worst Reservation Experience Ever”
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. Everything here seems to revolve around money rather than genuine hospitality or care for guests. Due to a small mistake in our reservation, the staff showed absolutely no willingness to think along with us or offer even the slightest flexibility. Because we arrived late, they charged us the full cost for two days and then simply canceled our booking altogether. This completely ruined our vacation. We even pleaded with them to at least allow us to stay for one night, especially considering that we had already paid the full amount in advance. Their response was cold, dismissive, and frankly inhumane: “No, your booking is canceled.” I have booked many hotels over the years, and in most cases, a small mistake never leads to your entire stay being destroyed. Sadly, that is exactly what happened here. I truly have no words other than: disgraceful and inhumane. No one becomes rich or poor because of 200 euros, but this situation clearly reflects how poorly this business is managed and how little value they place on basic human decency. The lack of empathy, understanding, and even minimal customer care is completely unacceptable. Guests are treated like transactions rather than people. A complete waste of money. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Breakfast was great and included. The view was amazing. Staff at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Liked the fact there was a shuttle to Limone. Terrace bar made great drinks. Food at the restaurant was good.

It is 2.8km away from the center of Limone but if you don’t mind walking along the lake it is the perfect stay. The view from our room was priceless and this is a reason to consider another stay there. The breakfast was the same every morning and was not something wow. We didn’t use them but they have an outside pool and sauna. I recommend it for the views and helpful staff.

We have been in the hotel for easter. The staff is really kind and helpfull. The lake view from the balcony is amazing. The room is big enough for 3 person.There is free parking place. We definitely will go back for next time.
