We stayed in a beautiful, spacious, comfortable and characterful suite. The location is great with an easy walk into Limoges centre. Dinner at the restaurant was superb.

Cecile was very kind she spoke excellent English, She was waiting for us outside when we arrived by taxi. She up graded our room which was very french and beautifully decorated. There was a little kitchen in a separate room with cooking facilities, coffee maker etc. We were very impressed

“A fabulous family-run treat of a hotel.”

We stayed for 2 nights in order to break a long drive south and have a chance to see a little of Limoges. This hotel gave us the individual, personal attention of a family-run business instead of the boring predictability of an anonymous chain hotel. It is a centrally located, beautiful building, with easy, inexpensive (about €4.5 per day on the PaybyPhone app) public parking a two minute walk away. The apartments are spacious with modern updates alongside original features. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming, with quick text communications and reassurance about arrival times/parking/evening meals etc on the day we arrived. The breakfasts are well worth paying for, but a local bakery was also suggested as an alternative if we preferred, so there is no pressure. The restaurant on the ground floor was lovely - busy mid-week and out of high season with what seemed to be a local clientele- and my request for a vegetarian meal (the main menu was varied but traditionally meaty) was happily catered for without any problem. It was a lovely place to discover and we will be back again.

Such a beautiful French property with a beautiful feel! Every detail was thought of and we really appreciated the care and love that went into the home. It was extremely comfortable and homely. We were there on the eve of bastille day which made it hard to find a restaurant open but the fireworks were amazing made up for it. Cecile was very lovely and accommodating with our needs, and I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in this pretty town.

We loved the room but we were upgraded! The on site restaurant was very good. We paid extra for breakfast which was excellent. Cecile and her husband were very welcoming hosts.

Clean, comfortable, spacious. Very well located - near shopping, transportation, and downtown. Groceries available across the street. We loved it. Would recommend.

Beautiful old house with lots of character. Cècile was very welcoming and accommodating. It’s a shame the restaurant downstairs wasn’t open when we stayed - we will have to come back to eat there! Great location close to the station with plenty of parking nearby.

Beautiful property. Location is perfect. Parking within 100m. Walking distance to train station and the historic centre of Limoges. Accommodation is comfortable and new. The host was fantastic and very responsive. The restaurant down stairs was great for dinner.
