Large bright room. Very comfortable bed nice decor, clean sheets, nice towels. Lots of plugs. Bathroom compact but very clean Obviously a well maintained hotel.

The manager of this hotel (Nadine) gives a bad name to Kyriad and has completely ruined our experience with her rudeness, hostile attitude and inconsistent dog policies. We have stayed in many Kyriad hotels in France with our two rescue dogs, and have never had a problem., we saw nothing but friendliness and professionalism. This stay (booked via Booking.com) turned out to be very unpleasant and stressful. We booked a room with my husband for 3 nights, and we have 2 medium rescue dogs who always stay in our room at all pet-friendly hotels. We also extended our stay by one night in a separate booking. When we arrived, a very friendly young gentleman checked us in and took payment for all 4 nights for the room for me and my husband with 2 dogs (payment for both dogs was taken for all 4 nights as well. We also paid for 3 nights for another room for our son who flew in later that day and left after 3 nights, so the reception staff was well aware of the situation and was very welcoming and friandly. The manager Nadine saw me and my husband with our two dogs next day and asked which room we are staying in, we told her. All was fine until the last day, when the key card had to be recoded due to another booking for the last night. The same manager Nadine who saw use all weekend , suddenly declared she cannot let us stay in our room with our 2 dogs, as they have a one dog per room policy. We were not made aware of this at the time of booking on Booking.com or at the check-in by the reception staff who happily took iur payment for the room and both dogs! I asked Nadine to show me that policy on Booking.com app, she took my phone, scrolled for a long time and did not find it. I pointed out that her own staff does not seem to be aware of her policy of one dog per room (?!) as the gentleman at the reception happily charged us for both dogs and the room for all 4 nights in advance.

Very smart, new looking hotel. Location OK, a bit industrial, but plenty of restaurants nearby.

Booked double room with dog, expected to pay charge for dog, upon arrival, was told only superior rooms are for dogs, & we needed to pay extra in top of the dog charge. Never experienced that before? Surely when booking a room with dog, if that’s the case, you should only be offered to book the superior rooms!
