“Perfect”
Everything was perfect . On arriving we met the most friendly and welcoming receptionist. She was so helpful and as we are English and were in France she was probably one of the best person for the job. Her name I think is Mikayla. 10 out of 10

“An excellent hotel with exceptional staff.”
The hotel is ideally situated for a visit to the old town centre of Limoges, with easy access to restaurants, etc. Booking in was easy and even though I had arrived early, intending to just deposit my luggage for a couple of hours. the young man on reception managed to find me a room which had already been cleaned, so I was able to move straight in. I had dealings with several of the reception staff and also a young lady cleaner and without exception, they were all friendly and went out of their way to help me. Small acts of kindness are worth an awful lot, in my opinion. The room was spotless and comfortable with a good shower and a comforable bed. I selected the breakfast option, as it was a Sunday morning and I wasn't sure what would be available elsewhere. It turned out to be a good choice as there was a cooked breakfast and everything you would want from a continental breakfast, all of good quality. Excellent value for money!

“Ok hotel, staff good, but a little tired.”
Location of the hotel is pretty good. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I stayed 2 nights and didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on the breakfast. I booked into the car park and that was well worth while as the streets are pretty full.
