“A quiet location, a well designed room ; my stay was spoilt by 2 items I didn't like, listed above.”
There were enough electric sockets in convenient places in the room for my computer, phone & 1 other device. The reception staff went out of their way to help me to use an app to find my route when I asked for help before I left the hotel.

Beds are too hard breakfast this time was very liminted selection very large pot of honey gone hard and should have been changed weeks ago ,only one member of staff on duty she was doing her best but for guests I felt we were taken for granted
