“Fabulous gem in the heart of the old town ❤️”

The location of this place couldn't be better, absolutely perfect if you want to be in the middle of the old town. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby. We found a close by parking spot. The apartment was spotless. We will very much be coming here again when we fly from Limoges airport 😍

Location is perfect, within couple minutes walking distance to everywhere in city.

At first, we were a bit perplexed at the 56 steps to get to our apartment #3. But once we stepped inside, it was totally worth it. It has been completely made modern - all the amazing conveniences not usual in a building that was built 100's of years ago. The fridge was full of great food for breakfast (including 2 jars of home-made jam). Treats were on the coffee table. The lady in charge (Sylvie) was incredibly personable - the kind of person you can't wait to get to know better. We'll go back to Limoges just so we can visit with Sylie again. We discovered all the things we didn't have time to go see, which Sylvie told us about - its a 5 hour drive from our house - but we'll do it!!

“Lovely Limoges apartment”

Wonderful apartment close to the cathedral, but in walking distance to just about everything, including the train station. Sylvie, the host, was so friendly and helpful. She even invited us to the opening of a photography and porcelain exhibition. The apartment had everything you could need.

“Very Good Accommodation Close To The Cathedral”

We had a very nice visit. The accommodation is newly renovated and was clean throughout. It has secure digital access through 2 doors and a key for the apartment. It is located very close to the Cathedral, we were able to walk in both parts of Limoges easily. There are restaurants and bars close by where we visited, they were good. Noise at night was minimal through the double glazing windows. The host Sylvie was very nice and we saw her during our stay. Bread and yoghurt,orange juice and jam were provided on the first day. Parking was easy about 4 mins walk in Jourdan Secure parking for about €8 per day.

Sylvie was a great host. Wonderful location with the Cathédrale 100m away. Comfy bed, breakfast provided, and access to the laundry - it was perfect. Merci beaucoup!

There were pastries, a baguette, butter, homemade jam and marmalade, yogurt, milk, juice, water, coffee and tea. It was all organic and good quality

Everything is there that you need plus thoughtful homemade treats left for us.

“Lovely little studio apartment”

The apartment was perfect for a few days stay. Location great, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Thought the bells from the cathedral might wake us up but the window must be triple glazed or something, we couldn't hear a thing. Sylvie, the owner, is really nice and very helpful.

“Absolutely Fabulous!”

Where do I start!! First of all the communication from Sylvie was absolutely fantastic. She contacted us continually . She sent all access codes before hand and gave us exact instructions on how to get to and enter the apartment. When we arrived we were greeted with the fresh smell of bread! Sylvie had left us not only a long baguette, but fresh pastries, butter, homemade jam and marmalade, milk, water,juice,yogurts. It was soooo lovely to enter the apartment after a long journey and be able to sit down to a lovely cup of tea and coffee and fresh bread. It just made the start of our visit here unbelievable. Our main reason for visiting Limoges was to visit Oradour Sur Glane an unbelievable and humbling experience, a must do if you can. Limoges is a beautiful city, so historic. We ambled around the gardens of the cathedral which are beautiful. The apartment was spotless and close to everything. Beside apartment is a square with bars and restaurants. I can definitely recommend this apartment and Sylvie!!!!

“A great little studio flat in a beautiful, central location”

A cute apartment with a comfortable bed and a great shower, which we used several times a day because the weather was so hot! Excellent location in a beautiful part of the old town, near the cathedral. We enjoyed the food items left for us in the fridge, and Sylvie was very friendly and on hand if we needed anything.

Central location adjacent to the cathedral. Apartment was well equipped and has a laundry area in the basement. Very friendly and accommodating host who provided lovely breakfast and catered for a lactose free diet. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

“Perfection in Limoges”

We have spent 6 weeks in Europe and this has been the best apartment of the trip. The apartment was clean, quiet, well equipped and close to shops and restaurants. Sylvie our host went above and beyond. She met us at the apartment on arrival, and had provided fresh bread and rolls, milk, juice, yogurt, tea, coffee and home made jam. The apartment was absolutely perfect.
