A wonderful, well-appointed place. Spacious room, comfortable beds. There were two sets of pillows to choose from: high and low. One sheet for each person, with one large one for two. Shampoo. The pool is open on schedule, it is not noisy during the day and evening. It is pleasant to have dinner or drink coffee on the terrace, it is very beautiful and peaceful. The sea is warm in the large bay. The beach is made of small smooth black pebbles, very similar to sand, so small. They are very nice, people on the beach lie on them and warm themselves, bury themselves in them. Regarding the road, we conveniently got from Athens to Psakhna by bus. The ticket is 9.10 euros. Then we bought some groceries at the supermarket and across the bridge opposite the supermarket there is a taxi stand, they took us to Limnionas for 50 euros. If you contact the owner, you can arrange a transfer from Psakhna or Chalkida in advance, it will be cheaper. We used the taxi offered by the owner on the way back. Moreover, the road is steep and winding, an hour's journey, the driver was very careful, the trip was more comfortable than the first. The owner is friendly, always ready to help, speaks English. We had a late check-out, we vacated the room, but we were allowed to stay by the pool. There are many taverns in the area, they feed deliciously, for three the average bill without alcohol is 25-35 euros. There are no shops. But on weekends the village becomes more crowded and even a mobile shop arrived, you could buy goods, watermelons.

“Like a family visit in paradise”

The place is wonderfully located with a breathtaking view from the balcony or pool across the bay. The village and beach are in walking distance four minutes down the hill. In late October during the week the village is very calm but one or two taverns are still open to serve food. The wide beach consists of darkish sand and there is a rock with a cave in the water which can be explored with an SUP for example. Our whole stay was very relaxing. Despina the host is such a friendly person, she made us feel like visiting family and served us a wonderful breakfast next to the pool. She also has an elderly friendly dog who got along well with the children. The room was clean and well organised. The kitchen allowed us to prepare a simple meal on our own.

The host was very friendly. She prepared a welcome cookie, breakfast was very nice, the view over the beach is excellent, terrace on the ground floor was extended into the garden. There are at least 3 tavernas in the neighborhood.

A very nice stone-built house (as its name suggests) midway to the hill in front of the beach, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The room had an amazing view to the seafront and the neighbouring hills. Having breakfast on the balcony in the morning was an unforgettable experience. Speaking of which, had everything anyone would want: toast with cheese and ham, fried egg, yoghurt, coffee, juice, cake, among others. Our hostess was attentive, helpful, kind, and super friendly. Staying at Lithoktisto even for such a short time was overall very enjoyable.

Debbie's guesthouse is a beautiful designed guesthouse, and she runs the place by heart. Clean and well maintained. Debbie is very kind, helpful and with an eye for details. She serves an extensive home made breakfast which varies every morning in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The rooms offer a great bay view and some rooms have a fireplace which is great on cold evenings in the late season, as we were there in October. Every room has a small kitchen area with sufficient equipment to prepare a small bite. The beach is very nice and there are good hiking opportunities in the area. The region is quite remote and can be wild which we enjoyed very much. For dinner there are a few friendly taverns on walking distance. Mind you, no shops nearby. So do your shopping on the way in to the hotel, e.g in Chalkis.

The view, the host and family and friends couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was different every morning and was enough to last till dinner!!

This was such a great experience! Housewarming hosts, tasty breakfast, nice chill area by the pool, and of course amazing view! There is a nice beach with few tavernas (fish and meat) in the walking distance, which is very convenient for the days when you feel like just resting locally and not go anywhere to explore the island! Room was fine too, cleaned daily. Highly recommended☺️
