Took two hours to get my room ready which means I had to wait at the lobby for that long. Each time I need to step to my room I need assistance becausyeach time the key doesn't work. The AC was down.

The entire experience was great... except, the lift stopped working a few minutes after we got there; and we were at the top floor!!! Other than that, from the hotel porter to the front desk staff and the security personnel, the constant greeting from the cleaning ladies whenever we met in the hallway, the staff at the restaurant during our breakfast, very polite ... 👌👌👌 4,5⭐️/5

“Warm and friendly”
The location for this hotel is amazing. Limbe is an extraordinary city with very welcoming people. The hotel has views of the mountains and is within easy reach (taxi or a walk) of many interesting places. The staff were warm and welcoming and happy to help with any requests. The wifi in the quiet airconditioned lounge on the ground floor was a perfect place for online calls between events.
