“Our Stay”
The apartment and pool were both lovely. The bed was really comfortable and it had everything you need 🥰 The pool is beside a main road but it didn't bother us.

We had a very disappointing experience. First, we did not receive any check-in instructions by email. We arrived at 2:00 AM, tired after a long flight, and had no idea how to enter the property. There was no one to contact — their phone support closes at 7:00 PM, and you’re left completely on your own. It took us an hour and a half in the middle of the night to figure everything out. To make things worse, the apartment had no air conditioning on the first night, and it was extremely hot. Management told us it would take another day for a technician to arrive. Only after we insisted we couldn’t sleep another night like that, they finally moved us to a different apartment. When we requested compensation for the uncomfortable first night and the stressful arrival experience, management offered us a 15% discount on our next booking with them — which felt more like a joke than a serious response. Overall, the lack of service, communication, and care for guests was very disappointing. We do not recommend this place.

Considering the price, I expected a slightly better bed. There were 4 of us and two slept on the bed which was ok. But that other sofa bed is a disaster (I haven't slept on a worse one). The pool looks so neglected from the balcony that I didn't decide to take a closer look (cloudy water, lots of neglected limescale). The building looks new but very humid. After a whole day, when we got to the apartment, there was a very bad smell. It is located on a fairly busy road. In the evenings, very loud cars drive by and despite being a car enthusiast, this really bothered me. My children were also woken up at 1 am. The other neighbors were also very loud, everything can be heard through the wall. It also happens that you don't have a parking space. The hairdryer didn't work at all,...

The location was good, close to the highway. The apartment is spacious and new, beds are comfortable. Overall good value for money.
