“Not a good experience at all”

Nothing the property was dirty, the table legs were about to snap - the sofa was uncomfortable as were the beds. There was no WiFi even though it stated that there was .

There are constant problems with the internet. One day it doesn’t work, and they ask us to report it. Then it works again, and then it goes down once more. The support team says the problem is not on their side and that there’s nothing they can do.

When we entered the apartment we found other people inside who claimed that also booked that apartment. The place was very dirty as the other “guests” ate and slept there for hours. We had to clean and tidy and buy new clean towels and bedsheets as the other “guests” used them before we go there… We paid €350 to book the apartment and the owner accepted to give us a refund of €60, something that for us is unfair and unacceptable after what we went through. Additionally, the sofa bed was terrible. It was impossible to sleep on it and the double bed very very uncomfortable.

Some a/c units very noisy and was annoying.... Also the TV was in Russian language and could not function or reset it.

We had to book another accommodation last minute as we were not able enter the property. The link on the company’s website did not work, therefore we could not download the instructions. They did not in actuality send the instructions they said they did, and the customer service was nowhere to be found (despite claiming availability before 6pm), via neither of the at least 4 phone numbers provided to contact. After an hour and half of trying to download instructions and browsing the messages and links, and trying to make contact with them, we had no choice but to leave and find another place for the night. The property only got back to us the next day, and took no responsibility whatsoever for what happened. They claimed they were able to accommodate us which is a lie. They robbed us of 130 euros and caused us an immense amount of frustration on an evening of an otherwise lovely holiday. If you want to be sure you have a place to stay for the night and do not want worry about not being able to download instructions or enter the property, or if you don’t want to be left on your own if something is wrong with the apartment, just look for another place with proper care and concern for guests. You might save yourself from financial damage and a lot of stress. After so many great stays via Booking, it is disappointing to see such services offered on this website.

I stayed at Sanders for one week, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The check-in instructions were sent before my stay and were easy to follow, making the arrival smooth The apartment was clean, modern, and luxurious, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. the kitchen was fully equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. Lovely balcony and the convenience of a private parking space, makes life much easier if you’re coming and going during the week. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The service didn’t stop when I checked out either. After leaving, I realized I had accidentally left some cash in the apartment so I called the contact number, and Paul helped me figure out what we could do to get it back — he was patient, reassuring, and guided me through exactly how to retrieve it. Thanks to him, I got everything back quickly and without any stress. Big thank you to Paul!! 🙏🏽 Also location is good and there’s coffee shops, convenience stores and pharmacy within walking distance. Id 100% stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay at sanders only Limassol.

The apartment is new, beautiful, and in a good location. It has parking and can accommodate 4 people, including basic electrical appliances. Within walking distance, there is a convenience store, a bakery, a gas station, a pharmacy, etc., while the distance from Limassol city center is only 10–15 minutes by car.

The apartment was modern and beautifully furnished, with brand-new appliances and a spacious, well-designed balcony. It was very bright and welcoming, although the bedroom was a bit small. The two bathrooms were extremely convenient, and the shower offered excellent water pressure. The apartment was fully equipped, including a new washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances.
