New appartment, very clean and comfortable. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to bus stop that takes you to the city center and quick to drive to most places. Very friendly cleaning ladies as well. And quick response when needed the support.

Good location, nice building, nice apartment but... in this price range, the equipment is the key to everything.Last year we lived in Sanders Crystal 1, it was great but too big for our family of 4, that's why I chose this one now. it was disappointing for me.

“The apartment was as expected apart from the issues already stated”
We contacted the host to complain that the bedroom balcony door did not close properly and consequently unable to be locked. With the apartment being on the first floor this presented a security risk. Unfortunately the host did not respond to us and the door remained unlocked for the period of our stay. Also the electric shutter on the same door and window was stuck halfway down presenting another security problem. Consequently we had to take our valuables, i.e tablets, laptops and passports etc with us when we left the apartment which was extremely inconvenient.

“Very good!”
Super apartment, very big with 3 or 4 terraces. Bedrooms (3)were all big. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, master bedroom had even 2 bathrooms! Swimming pool on the top floor with views over Limassol.
