The man feature from the villa is obviously the surrounding view- the pictures don’t do it justice - it is incredible! The pool, the sauna , the hot tub, the bar, the outside seating area - absolutely amazing . The attention to detail in the villa is also exceptional - high quality and everything you could wish for.

Exceptional location. Not a neighbour in 3km radius. Amazing cliff at the end of the villa. Amazing beds and pillows, didn't have a better sleep in Cyprus. Speakers, Sauna, Jacuzzi, table tennis, pool and a big kitchen.

Location and views were excellent. No neighbours made it tranquil and more relaxing!

This villa was fantastic, even more stunning in person than the pictures. The outside space is incredible and has everything you could possibly need. Sauna, hot tub and pool all brilliant. Rooms well very nice too.

Matteo's villa is a real gem of a place. It's very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The setting is beautiful with sea views and not overlooked by anything so very private. The hot tub and sauna are great recent additions which really add a lot to the experience. Everything is exactly as you see in the photos and overall it is excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

This is a dream location. The infinity pool is gorgeous, the rooms and the garden is wonderful. The sound system is excelent and you can listen to music very loudly. The rooms are very clean, beds super comfortable, and everything is very clean and elegant. We felt extremely well!

Poker table..rooms are even in size..comfy beds comfy pillows..crazy hot water didn’t even needed to turn boiler on..sound system indoor & outdoor was easy to connect via Bluetooth..

We loved that the house was as clean as it looks, Towels and sheets were neat and tidy. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in every shower were in high quality. Wifi connection worked fine. The host was very responsive and grateful!
