“Excellent stay and truly amazing staff!”

I am delighted with my stay at the Hacienda ! The staff are very kind and accommodating, which made the stay truly enjoyable. The room was large and well-equipped.

My experience was excellent! The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The booking process was very easy, and the service was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions I had. The location was ideal and very convenient for getting around. I would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and reliable accommodation!

We booked a room for four people but the sofa bed could barely fit one person. We asked the staff to bring an extra mattress, which we put on the floor. It was dirty and had spider webs and dust all over the room.. There was even a spider in the bedsheets. The walls were not fully painted and there were holes in the gypsum board. There was no view, as it was merely a poster (nothing like the published pictures) The bathroom only had a blue light, and we could barely see. We did not take a shower, as there were spider webs everywhere. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The common area was under construction and looked nothing like the photos .there were two waching machines right outside our room door!!! Respect only to the photographer who took the published pictures .

“It was an okay stay”

I liked the overall idea and architecture of the hotel. For a few days prior reservation, it was an okay price

Lovely apartment. Pretty courtyard and roof views. Would be great in summer. And I would like to come back in warmer months. Friendly check in

An interesting concept combined with a great atmosphere made this a very pleasant stay. The rooftop offered a beautiful view, which was a real highlight and added to the overall experience.

Nice quiet location ..love the small details within the room. Nice hot shower and the late check out provided.... even the bloke working in the call centre within the property was very friendly 👌 ✌️ 😉

Very special ambient.

I asked to change my room and the owner refused! As I entered the room the smell was awful and water on the floor ...the lady she was nice and helped with the water ... but the owner refused my request to change the room! Even when was informed that previous guests rubbish was under the sink cabinet!! I had a bad stay!

“Authentic building and neighborhood, friendly atmosphere”

The location is a little out of center, however, exactly this is exactly what I enjoyed. It's in an authentic region old but warm buildings. You fell like you are really in another city, not copy paste metropol Christos is very friendly. You don't see a cold receptionist but a friend.

“Not comfortable night”

We didn’t have a great experience because the door to our room, which opened directly to the central patio, had a glass section, and even with a blackout curtain, the room was very bright. The owner’s dog barked all night, no one did anything, and it was very unpleasant. In short, it was not a comfortable night. At the time of check-out, the owner was not there; we left the key with a staff member and left.

Its amazing!! 🙌 This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The place is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Christos is an incredible host –classy, fun, and genuinely interesting. He made the whole experience feel special with his attentiveness and kindness. Everything felt safe, welcoming, and enjoyable. Defently the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had!
