We were treated with unprecedented attention and kindness by the hosting company. Days before our stay we received detailed video instructions on how to get in, what the apartment looks like, so we did not have to worry about all that. All through our stay, we were remotely offered support via what's up. We felt taken care of, yet we had full privacy. Some useful info for other travelers: - Location is excellent. The apartment is in a residential block, so it is not a hotel apartment experience, its more like living with middle class of Limassol. It feels like real life. - The building could use a bit of renovation (actually planned for 2024). But the apartment inside is brand new and tastefully decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean, no signs of unwanted insects or anything like that. - Internet availability and bandwidth was perfect, we had no issues with two parallel streaming services running. - Noise was no issue, traffic is light around the building. We came from a silent village style home environment, and our baby could sleep well here. - Winter heating: certainly manageable, but altogether it depends on your personal preference. There are 3 ACs in the 3 rooms for heating. If you switch them off, the temp quickly follows the outside temp which is good during the day, not so good at night. Slippers come handy, as the stone floor always stays cold. - Water: Pressure was always good. If you think ahead, and you switch on the water heater 15 mins before taking a shower, the hot water is more than enough. I have no idea if water is drinking quality or not, but we used it for brushing teeth, making tea, cleaning fruits - and no one had any problem in the family. - Coffee: There is a 'Tassimo' system machine with few pads already prepared for you. The quality is nice. Yet, we also followed the host's recommendation and we stopped by the Zorbas bakery for coffee and breakfast on Omirou street every morning. Delicious!

Hosts were very pleasant and helpful during the whole time of our stay. Apartment was cosy, clean, spacious and on perfect location for a family with small child - park , Zoo and the beach are right in front of the apartment. The “city center” is within walking distance. The apartment has everything one might need during vacation so this made our stay even more comfortable.

We had a (mostly) great experience in Hawaii 41. The apartment is light, airy, quite spacious, clean and mostly well equipped. The position is great with a 5 minute walk to the seafront and an open vista view over the municipal park. Cooking facilities are all you need for prep and cook simple meals. Plenty of hanging space in bedrooms. Second WC room was handy. Balcony at front is a good size; two of you can eat outside. Street outside is fairly quiet but you will hear occasional traffic noise with open windows. Beds are in good condition. WiFi was 120 Mb/sec Best of all, Kristina the rep from management company Sky Universe was brilliant. So helpful, cheerful and welcoming. On the day we arrived the rain was torrential and despite the fact she was working alone that day she still gave us all the help and information we needed. On the last day she was flexible on check-out time, she dropped by to say goodbye, have a chat and collect the keys. She even booked a taxi to Paphos airport. And always smiling. Speaks good English, Greek. Understands Russian.

The location is great - right in front of the park and 10 minutes walk from Molos embankment. Supermarket is in 5 min walk, pharmacy is even closer.

The host is awesome and the apartment is exactly what we saw at the booking.com All the required appliances are there, the area is clean. Close to the restaurants and for sure to the beach and promenade - nice location.
