“Avoid this hotel if you value sleep, comfort, or customer service.”
Avoid this hotel by any means. Our first night was ruined by a loud party in the room next door that continued until approximately 6:30am. We complained repeatedly throughout the night (7 times), yet nothing was done and we got virtually no sleep. We raised the issue with hotel management and requested to be moved to another room. Instead of relocating us, we were told it would be better to remain in the same room so that the hotel could "control the situation" more effectively. We were also told that they could not guarantee that the same problem would not occur in another room. To make matters worse, cigarette smoke from the neighbouring room was coming through the connecting door and into our room. We should not have been forced to breathe cigarette smoke inside a hotel room. After repeatedly complaining and being told there were no rooms available, we asked for some form of compensation. The all-inclusive upgrade was not offered by the hotel. It was something we requested ourselves after it became clear that the hotel could neither provide another room nor properly resolve the situation. We spent the following day away from the hotel. On the third night, the same guests started causing problems again. Once again, we were forced to complain multiple times before the hotel finally intervened. The hotel was unable to provide a quiet room, unable to relocate us, unable to prevent cigarette smoke entering our room, and unable to deal with disruptive guests without repeated complaints. Despite all of this, they refused to provide a refund. This was the worst hotel experience we've have ever had. When a hotel cannot provide guests with a basic night's sleep, cannot provide an alternative room, and refuses to take responsibility afterwards, it has no business calling itself a luxury resort.

Room very modern and clean, great view. Some of the staff were welcoming and helpful but not all unfortunately. All inclusive drinks were good standard not just local drinks.

“Good but nothing special”
Staff are attentive, happy and professional. The children entertainers were absolutely fantastic. I don't remember their names but an Italian and British girl who ran the disco and children's crèche. Facilities for the children are 10/10. Early check-in was nice and 30 minutes late checkout. Nice commandaria gift on departure.
