We stayed there for one week with my husband and we absolutely loved the place. It’s a very comfortable house with a charming patio and everything you might need for either a short or a longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped, everything works perfectly, there’s a large shower, and a very comfortable, spacious bed with an even bigger duvet 🙂 There’s no problem with parking on the street. The air conditioning works well, and cleaning and washing detergents are provided. The location is within walking distance of shops, the beach, and the city centre, yet it’s still on a very quiet road. Communication with the host was excellent. I honestly didn’t find any downsides and would definitely recommend this place. Bonus for cat lovers: stock up on cat snacks, as there are a few lovely little furry (and friendly) creatures just outside 🐾

“A clean well furnished one-bedroom apartment”
This was a one-week rental in February i.e. winter. The standard of furnishings in this one-bedroom apartment was very high, as was the level of cleanliness. It had large comfortable bed and 2 large smart-TVs – one in the bedroom and one in the living area in front of a large comfortable sofa. It had a nice large walk-in shower along with soaps and shampoos. The kitchenette had all the necessary facilities, equipment and cleaning materials provided. The owner was very nice, responded to messages quickly, and immediately brought us an electric heater and extra duvet when a cold snap happened – yes even in Cyprus! The apartment was well located about 10 minutes’ walk from the ‘old town’ area.

“Excellent Stay”
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation! Firstly, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the room - it was spotless and felt like a home away from home. The comfort level was superb; the bed was plush, and every amenity provided contributed to a relaxing experience. The parking situation couldn't have been better - plenty of space available, and it was free! There was also another one big parking with only 3 euros. As for the neighborhood, it was charming and vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Last but not least Alvinos was one of the best hosts. He answered all my questions very fast and he was very helpful. I will come back for sure 👌🌟
