“Lots of space in a convenient location”
First of all, there was floor heating, so while that is not common in Cyprus, it’s great thing to have during those colder months. I know what I’m talking about - currently in another apartment in Cyprus, and the floor is not pleasant to walk on at all. Then there is space - lots of it, really. I don’t like to live in tiny apartments and fighting for bathroom access with the family, so this apartment was a great place for 3 people to stay. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Although I haven’t been using the car much - using taxis felt more convenient, especially when going to places 10 minutes away.
