The location was central to restaurants, shops, and transport, and close to the beach and water sports. The size of the apartment was large enough and included all the facilities required. Alexis was a superb host with his excellent service and follow-up.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, right in a lively tourist zone, just a 5-minute walk to the sea. There’s also private parking available, which was very convenient, and a bus stop nearby. Plenty of great restaurants and cozy cafes are just around the corner. The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a TV, refrigerator, stove, iron, kettle... and even a coffee maker. Everything was clean and well maintained, and regular cleaning made the stay even more pleasant. A special thanks to the host, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and understanding. Communication was easy, and we felt well of throughout our stay. We stayed here for a week and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything went smoothly, and we didn’t encounter any issues at all. It was a great experience.

“Great stay”

The apartment was great! It has a separate bedroom and two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), which made our stay very comfortable. It's arranged in an IKEA style and has absolutely everything you might need, just like at home. I was especially impressed by all the little things the owner included – a kettle, Nespresso machine, traditional coffee pot, teapot, various kitchen utensils, an iron with ironing board, hairdryer, and more. You can tell the host really thought of every detail. Everything was very clean and mostly new, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The host is very professional and is supportive of anything needed for the property. The apartment is located on the main road in the tourist area in Limassol. It is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. You can park very close in the municipality parking and it is walking distance from the beach. Nearby there are a few great places for coffee, breakfast and dinner.

Excellent location, value for money and free parking

Alexis is great owner, provided a very clear instructions how to check-in and initial setup. We arrived late evening on Saturday and asked in advance for some food - everything was in the fridge on our arriving! Respect! Good location. City beach and kids playground is in 5 min walking distance. Coffee/supermarket/bakery in walking distance. Good seafood/prawns restaurant in same building. Apartment is bright, clean and well equipped; everything was working just like expected. Good private&public parking. Noise is on acceptable level.

good location, near the sea, cafes and shops, bus stop 30. the apartments have everything you need for life. It’s very pleasant to sing in the kitchen, there is everything you need. It’s nice that there is a coffee maker and coffee capsules for true connoisseurs of homemade morning coffee. I recommend it, everything is easy and pleasant! It was very pleasant to communicate with the owner of the apartment, he helped solve various requests.

The apartment is clean and well equipped. The host Alexis is super helpful and friendly, he helped a lot with all the instructions.

Apartment is located in very nice and modern part of the Limassol, close to many restaurants and in the short walking distance of very nice Dasoudi beach(in my opinion, best beach in Limassol). Apartment is spacious, with nice bathroom having hot water non-stop available. Kitchen is very well equipped with all the utensils and kitchenware, furniture in living room and bedroom is a bit spartan, bit it serve its purpose. In front of the building you have private parking and in the back spacious free public parking, so no worries at all for your rental car. I have not met the owner, since both check-in and check-out was self manged, but instructions provided by the owner were very detailed and flawless. Of course owner was available for assistance on Whatsapp and phone. I can highly recommend this apartment, though there is still space for improvement.

We stayed in these apartments for 2 weeks and loved everything! The apartment has everything needed for living, clean and tidy. There is a safe for belongings. Near the building there is private parking, which is very convenient. Decent Wi-Fi. The apartment has a good location, with a small supermarket Plus, a Starbucks, and a pharmacy nearby. A restaurant with excellent shrimp has opened in the building itself. Dasoudi Beach is a 7-minute walk away. Many thanks to the host Alexis. Always available, friendly, and always ready to help. We will definitely stay here next time! Highly recommend!
