The apartments were excellent. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location is great — close to the city center, but very quiet at night, so it was easy to sleep well. The team was very friendly and always replied quickly to all messages. This made my stay easy and stress-free. The apartment has everything you need, even for a longer stay. I felt very comfortable here. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again

The cost was good. The studio very clean. Staff were helpful when I was taken ill and had to book a further 3 nights direct with them. I also lost my watch and the kind lady contact didn’t get her name brought my watch to me on my last day! Honesty & integrity a rarity in today’s world.

Spacious, easy to get to the beach

This place is great! It has everything you might need during your stay. It was spacious for my husband and me. Very convenient location! So close to the shopping street and old town and the beach.

This property was not as advertised when booked, in images or text - no city view, just very close proximity to a three storey excessively noisy building site. Warning: In the listing; not under ‘About this property’, but at the bottom of the page is a small disclaimer ‘Property information’ Please note that a construction has begun next to the property, creating noise at times. This does not even begin to describe the circumstances opposite the apartment: Extremely noisy machine noise (drilling , hammering) from construction site 5 metres in front of apartment from 07.45... Video & WhatsApp message sent to BeCyprus at 08.30. Telephoned at 08.40 to BeCyprus office. A response was promised once they were in the office. No contact from BeCyprus office at 11.00 Front desk which is advertised as staffed 10.00 - 12.00 Monday to Friday - Empty, no-one. We checked out a day early. We expected a refund for the last night, a fair response to our nightmare situation. After further WhatsApp contact with BeCyprus, they promised to respond. Two weeks later from last contact - no reply. No refund. Gross misrepresentation. Abysmal, complete failure to address or communicate. Avoid!
