The location is ideal—shops, cafes, and the waterfront are nearby. Very cosy apartment with a beautiful sea view. Great location, right next to the beach. Many shops and restaurants tn the area. Walking distance to the old town. Andreas and his wife are great hosts. If I visit Limassol again, I will definitely stay in this apartment.

The view is indeed the highlight of the apartment. The bed is comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is ideal to visit Limassol but also the surroundings. The host is very kind, friendly and helpful.

It was a wonderful apartment on the 9th floor with an incredible sea view — you can even watch the sunrise! The place is cozy, spotless, and feels like home. The host was very friendly and welcoming, explained everything, helped us get to the airport (ask him if you need help with that), and was always kind and quick to answer our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is very well located, near the promenade and the beach, near cafes and restaurants. It is well furnished with all you may need.Andri is very nice and can also provide transportation from and to the airport. The view from the terrace over the sea is excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay — a comfortable bed, modern appliances. The neighborhood was quiet, with shops and cafes nearby. The host personally welcomed us and was always available and very friendly. It was also possible to arrange a transfer through the host, which made our arrival even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone! Very clean apartment. Good location with nice sea view.several shops and restaurants near by and just down the building. The apartment is provided with everything for even long stay. Smart TV and a balcony facing the sea. The host Anderyas and his wife are lovely, friendly and easy on the eyes couple.i recommend this apartment and will come again and again.

The owners simply fantastic! Very kind, positive and you can feel that they simply care about your experience in the place and not to please the clients because of the money. I’ve been all around the world at the best hotel, I always came back to the same place because of the feeling that I got from the hotel and the employees. Fantastic location near Lemesos seafront, plenty of bars, restaurants close by. Great sea views and views over the city and great to sit on the balcony in the evening. Host responded quickly to messages and calls and extremely helpful.
