The staff were professional and friendly. We travelled around Peru, and they were happy to keep our bags in storage after we checked out and left for two days. The room was spacious, and breakfast was OK. Location was much better than Tierra Viva Miraflores Centro.

Great hotel to stay if you want something very comfortable after the long travel day. We got really good rate through booking so we were overall very happy. Very good breakfast and the location is nice and quiet. It is kinda like a business hotel.

A great hotel, you definitely get your value for money! The facilities were clean and made our stay in Lima very easy. The staff were very attentive and ready to help. We enjoyed the welcome cookies and appreciated the packed breakfast for an early morning tour.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We checked in late at night after a long trip from Cusco. The staff had the windows wide open and the AC off—which I now realize was to hide the foul, toxic stench of the room. The next morning, the smell of heavy black mold hit us like a wall. My girlfriend nearly threw up. The window shades and frames were covered in a thick, black infestation (see the video I’m posting—it’s biohazard-level). The service was even worse than the room: • Insulting Compensation: When I complained, they initially offered me a "free taxi shuttle" ($15 value) as if that makes up for sleeping in a toxic environment. • The "No Room" Lie: After demanding a mold-free room and a refund for the first night, they made us wait 1.5 hours only to tell us to "go find another hotel ourselves" because they were "full." It wasn't until a very heated conversation that a clean room suddenly "appeared." • Lies About Refunds: I was promised a refund for the first night multiple times—at the desk and at checkout. They gave me a firm date of April 20th. It is now well past that, and they have stopped responding to messages. Warning to future guests: If you look at the building from the outside, you can see the mold staining the window treatments of almost every room. This isn't a one-off mistake; it’s a systemic health hazard that management is trying to cover up with open windows and empty promises. Save your health and your money. Stay literally anywhere else in Miraflores.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect as well. I honestly have nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very good hotel in Lima. We really liked how clean and comfortable it was. We stayed here on our first two nights in Peru, we liked it so much we also booked it for the last night before taking the flight back home. We also really liked the location, which was not super centre of Miraflores, a bit on the suburb, but very peaceful and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes.
