“Great location, Clean rooms and excellent staff, but very noisy at night”

The hotel was very good and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and exceptionally clean. It was a pleasure to stay in such a well-maintained environment. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach most parts of Miraflores on foot. The breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of options.

We landed after 20 hours of flying and got a message our hotel was changed to another Tierra Viva hotel that was further from our preferred neighborhood. When communicating through booking messaging they responded with a '.'! That was all....So exhausted, we took the taxi to the changed hotel and slept there. This was not customer-friendly at all, we had a pre-booked taxi for the other location and suddenly had to change this all at the last minute.

“Wonderful, relaxing, and inspiring.”

The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruits every morning and the location was extremely central. The room was just the right size and had the amenities required. I only hope there was a view.

Friendly staff!

The room was very clean and the air felt fresh. The restaurant on the 8th floor has a nice view with a cozy café-like atmosphere, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious food and fresh fruit. Luggage storage was provided without any issues. If I come back to Lima, I would definitely stay here again.

Very well located for walking around Miaflores. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was very good. They also allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day which was extremely helpful as our flight home was just after midnight. Should out to the doorman (forgot his name) who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

Very good location. Room was not large, but comfortable. Staff seemed always attentive and very kind. Everything seemed well cleaned. Breakfast was nice.

“Excellent location for all of miraflores”

Excellent location on a quiet street in miraflores, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance, and a short walk to the beach. The room was big with a huge comfortable bed, and a great bathroom and lovely hot showers. A good buffet breakfast was included. Staff were excellent and very friendly and professional, and all reception spoke very good English. Very good WiFi throughout. The hotel was immaculately clean with floors being cleaned continuously and the room cleaned thoroughly every day. Highly recommended and would stay here again.
