Good location in the centre of Miraflores, many highly rated coffee shops and restaurant nearby. 15 minutes walk to the coast. Staff were very friendly and with good service as well, even open the door for you every time. They also provided free luggage storage service after check out.

We loved our stay here. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was top notch with tons of selection and the option to have made to order eggs/pancakes/waffles/french toast. Staff were lovely. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall very pleased. No complaints. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast was lovely. Great central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great water pressure in the shower.

We arrived after 4pm, which was long after the check in time. The room given to us was not cleaned at all. Everything remained in the status that the previous customers left, even their tips were left on the table. The hotel offered an upgrade to a room which was not much different from the uncleaned room. We didn’t want to stay in this hotel anymore so requested for a refund. The card machine didn’t work so we asked for cash refund in dollar, which the hotel manager had to queue at the bank to exchange soles for. In the end we got a refund of an exact amount to two decimal places. First time had such ridiculous experience.

Great location in Miraflores despite it taking so long to get there from the airport. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The room was very large and very comfortable. A little noisy as it was on a main road, however with the window closed it was pretty good overnight. Check in and out was very easy, and a real bonus was a 12 pm check out. There was also a storage room they were happy to keep my bag while I explored the neighbourhood before my taxi came, bonus.
