“Luxury”
Very helpful staff, 24hour reception which was important for me as I arrived at 2 am, organised the taxi for me early this morning, super friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was great. The breakfast was nice. The locatiion is good- close to shops and restaurants.

The staff were very helpful guiding me to all the local amenities! 24 hour reception was a blessing as I arrived at 2 am. Comfortable bed good shower and an okay buffet breakfast. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

As one would imagine from a branded chain everything was very well done. No issues with room, parking, breakfast and as is almost universally the case it would seem in South America the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We would also like to say that the restaurant was very good too.

“Great hotel for a fair price”
The rooftop terrace was an enjoyable place to relax, they had a fair equipped gym on the 4th floor and the lobby was nicely decorated with an outside lounge on the ground floor.
