A lovely stay in Lima thanks to this historical house and Erika's warmth & friendliness. She provided thorough neighborhood recommendations and helped us when I was not feeling the best. Highly recommend!

Erika the host was amazing, really welcoming, friendly and advised us on where to go etc. Breakfast is very nice outside in small garden area. Location is great, quiet at night. Nice to stay in a traditional Quinta building.

The beautifully restored historic building, the spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet, calm, Miraflores location and the knowledge, attentiveness and kindness of Erika the concierge and housekeeper. Highly recommend.

“Authentic, personal and unforgettable”

Absolutely loved everything!!! Erika was wonderful, we felt like at home, even got our room upgraded as there was a possibility. Even the smallest requests were all taken care of, we got so many recommendations for restaurants and things to see nearby. The breakfast was very delicious. The location is perfect for exploring Miraflores and the authenticity of the house was the cherry on top. Would come again if back in Lima!

“Wonderful introduction to Peru”

What an introduction to Peru! We couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more informative and friendly host than Erika who made our stay delightful. We were upgraded to a large and beautiful room with an excellent bathroom - great shower! - and all the facilities one could need. The breakfasts were fantastic as was the location. Overall a brilliant place to stay and thanks to Erika for making it so special.

This is a beautiful, small hotel with lovely, clean guest rooms! The rooms are bright, large and each one is unique in the decor and layout. Erika is an exceptional host - she is always smiling from the moment you walk in the door, loves to talk to every guest and goes out of her way to provide information about the city, recommendations for restaurants and even helped us make a reservation for a spa. Her warmth and charm is so genuine you feel like you are staying in someone's home :). The neighbourhood is lively, very safe and there are numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the hotel. The waterfront is also within walking distance.

It was amazing stay in this boutique hotel! Erica was amazing host, super cozy atmosphere, beautiful room (we got an upgrade!), always clean and perfect. It was the best decision to spend last days of our one month vacation in Peru in this amazing quinta!

Wonderfully renovated Quinta home in a very good location with lots of amenities around. Erika is a lovely and helpful hostess.

Erika was a great host and gave us good information about local places to eat and how to visit as much as possible in a short time. Comfortable bed after a long flight and we were given breakfast to take away for our early start.

“Perfection in Miraflores”

Erika was above and beyond the perfect host. Her meticulous attention to detail was only exceeded by the genuine warmth and caring for you as her guest. The property itself is unique in this part of Miraflores, and Erika and Barbara help bring the history of it to life. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfasts are a story in themselves, changing daily. Having experienced a delayed arrival due to a flight cancellation. Erika kept in touch minute by minute to ensure we arrived swiftly and were safely installed even though it was around midnight. I cannot find superlatives good enough to sum up our experience as a whole, but I can only say we will stay again. And recommend any first-time visitor to Lima to do the same.
