Good location. The door staff were really friendly and welcoming - the reception staff not so much, they could take tips from the door staff! The taxi lady was also really helpful. I loved that there was a desktop computer accessible to guests - this was so helpful.

For our stay, the Price / Quality ratios for this hotel was great. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant is really friendly and very nice! Breakfast very good. Reception held our baggages even after checkout, as we had late flight - thanks a lot guys!

Location in Minafloris was great for my work & not too bad for the airport - reception was well handled by Naesha who took care of everything in a prompt professional manner, the room was clean, comfortable, with plenty of hot water, the restaurant was well managed by David & his team, great food & wine recommendations -

The room was comfortable and met all expectations. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, with a good variety to start the day. Overall, everything was okay and I had a pleasant stay.

The location, the rooms, and the overall experience were absolutely worth every penny. I would especially like to thank the two young receptionists (I regret I didn’t catch their names) for their exceptional service. They were not only professional but also incredibly helpful and warm. They assisted us in organizing a private tour to Huacachina and provided valuable guidance on navigating the city, making our visit much more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding service, and I truly appreciate their dedication and attention to detail. They made a significant impact on our stay, and I am very grateful. Note to Hotel Management: Could you kindly check their names? They were extremely helpful during our stay, and I’d love to personally acknowledge their efforts. The staff is very kind and helpful. They let us check in earlier after our flight was delayed over 12 hours. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the centre of Miraflores. The room and bathroom were clean and lovely.
