Taking into the account the city, Lima, which is not very nice at all, this hotel is located in the better part of town, I understand. We flew into Lima with a view to a two-night (one day in effect) stay to get over jet lag and have a look round. This hotel is ideal for that length of stay - room not huge but adequate for a short stay, service by staff very good, dinner and breakfast very good and good VFM though, beware, wine is not cheap and breakfast is best booked with the room.

Breakfast was excellent in both quality and choice. Staff are very attentive. Rooms are well appointed and quiet. Beds are very comfortable.

The bed is so comfortable and the sheets are so soft. The rooms are really nice and spacious. The swimming pool up top is lovely too. It is in the heart of miraflores so there are lots of shops and restaurants near by. There is also alot of bars around too.

“Disappointed”

We booked a room for three adults (and I want to stress that it was clearly for three adults, not two adults and a child) via Booking.com. Upon arrival, we were informed that the room only had a queen-sized bed and that it was not possible to add an extra single bed. We spent quite some time trying to explain the issue, but the reception staff insisted that it was acceptable for three adults to share one queen bed. They did not seem to understand the concern, and when we asked if it was common for three adults to be accommodated this way, they even admitted that it was not. We were honestly left speechless. No alternative was offered—not even the suggestion of booking an additional room. We had to ask twice ourselves if it was possible to add a second room (at our expense) just to resolve the situation. We were quite disappointed by the level of customer service, especially considering this is a 4-star property and part of the Hilton chain. This experience fell far below the standards we expected.

Booked for 3-4 hours to stay between flights. Huge check in desk queue meant we got only 2 hours to rest. Staff not apologetic or welcoming unfortunately. Hotel looked great and seemed to have good facilities but we could not use given the time
