There was a persistent, bad smell coming from the toilet from day 1 that we couldn't solve. This forced us to leave the windows open all the time to alleviate it.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, really fast in replying, great views and in a pretty neighborhood. We also enjoyed having free access to the pool, gym and bikes! 100% recommended!

Be aware that besides the room rate shown when booking, a high cleaning fee will also be charged. Check-in is only available in the afternoon, and there’s no option to store luggage or provide any alternatives, which is very inconvenient for travelers arriving early in the morning. After discussing with customer service, they refused to cancel. In the end, we had to pay the full room rate plus cleaning fee and ended up booking another hotel.

Great location and had everything we needed. Amazing communication with the staff. There is a tax applied to the final online booking amount but it wasn’t an issue. Super comfy bed and hot water!

“Nice place to stay in Lima”
Easy check-in at the reception of the apartment. Bathroom is a little small but the rest of the apartment is very nice. Also located in a nice neighbourhood with many restaurants and shops nearby.

frustrating check in experience, i did the passport and documentation submission ahead of time and the security man would not allow me in, he had to call the owner and send them my passport, just lots of unnecessary steps for what should have been easy

“Nice but with a toilet to check”
Nice building, tiny apartment but with all you need like a hotel room. Nice furniture and nice view. Water bottles as welcome were appreciated. Nice zone.
