“A good hotel near to the airport”
Gave us a free upgrade, that's always nice. Modern, clean, well run hotel, good location in nice area and reasonably close to the airport. Huge shopping centre 15 minutes walk away. Interesting and tasty local dishes in the restaurant there.

Staff didn’t speak English, and the breakfasts were quite disappointing – there were no vegetables available, The replenishment of consumed items was significantly delayed . The pool hours were very limited – just from 10 AM to 5 PM, which was quite disappointing. There was no kettle in the room, and tea or coffee was not restocked unless you paid extra – making tea in the room was not possible at all

“Great staff and location”
Welcoming staff allowed early check in after some flight stuff up. During the flight stuff up, they were also very responsive to emails. Helpful porters and free pisco sour/water/beer.

“Clean ans confortable”
Everyone is very polite. The beds are super confortable. It was cold in Lima, but we barrely felt it inside the room. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was super complete, with no lactose milk and plant milk available, there were plenty of options for vegeterian diets too. The restaurant on the lobby was really good.
