The breakfast was cold, the rice was undercooked, I am from Peru but I do not live in Peru and they charged me taxes even though I sent them my European ID, a few days before I stayed at the Marriott in Miraflores and I did not pay taxes, they did accept my ID, the girl at the reception in the morning was not friendly, the girl at the reception at night was very friendly, everything was clean.

“Not good at all.”
The hotel in general was old. When I arrived they gave me a room at the end of the second floor, in one corner. The room only had an interior window and it was small. I know I didn't pay for a suite but this was not a nice room at all. PLUS it was very noisy since the main air conditioning system was working ON the second floor. I asked for a new room and they gave me another room that was located in the last corner of the second floor, right next to the storage area of housekeeping. The noise still was there but not in the same amount as in the first room. I asked If they had another room maybe on the other floor but the girl at the front desk said no after thinking for a while...which means they had another room but they didn't want to offer me that. The last night in the hotel, when I came back, I found that they didn't clean the toilet and the main parts of the shower were dirty as well. The service at the restaurant wasn't good as well and I found parts of the eggshell inside the scrambled eggs a couple of times. And one day, the bread wasn't fresh, it was the leftover from the other day. Sincerely, I won't recommend this property.
