“Bit disappointing that they actually allow rooms to be rented out that are not up to standard,”

Great location, very close to restaurants and the Inca markets. Friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast where you can order omelette, fried eggs etc. Rooms were comfortable although very bland. Complimentary drinks provided by hotel

Hotels should establish a difference and create some 'little motivational gifts for customers staying more than 10 nights; for example, no charging every single bottle of water daily left at the room, offering at least two laundries for free, offering at least one-dinner at their own restaurant or 2-day Spa, each one with one treatment for free. We did not feel any gesture inviting us to repeat another long stay in that hotel.
