“Great Value with a touch of Nostalgia!”
Great communication. All queries and requests were responded to promptly. Very clean and comfortable and very spacious. Nice to have a kitchenette as well as a balcony to enjoy outside fresh air especially the evening. The breakfast staff were great and attentive. Housekeeping staff were thorough and kept rooms and general areas spotless. Location was good close to banks shops restaurants and Kennedy Park! If you don’t mind a walk you can easily access the boardwalk as we did ! Jesus very helpful and assisted with Uber bookings to locations as he had the added advantage of putting in an exact location for example in Old town. We also loved all the memorabilia displayed in the common rooms. It provided history and showed great passion for the past and present! Thank you

“Memorable”
Central location. Boutique... well the safe in the room was a bit 'vintage'. Only some of the keys on the keypad worked. However, it could be discretely opened and closed with the room key, without any code. No other boutique objects detected. Also, there was a fine window in the bedroom. Breakfast: Oriented at low-intake-diets. One day there was (very little) bread, the other one none. Fruits and vegetable: a few slices. They served 2 eggs after a 10-minute-wait, the other day 1 egg.

“Best location in town, but staff could be friendlier”
It is right next to Kennedy Park, with lots of services around and the best point in Lima to go anywhere, including the airport. Breakfast was nice, although the bread was poor (industrial sliced bread).

“I'd happily stay here again!”
Location was superb! Close to good coffee, restaurants, parks, transport. Safe to walk around by myself. Hot breakfast with other choices was good. Room was comfortable and had what I needed. I didn't really use the kitchen so not sure how functional it was. Staff was always helpful and pleasant to talk with. Liked that there was someone at the desk 24/7.

“Very good”
It was quiet overnight being tucked in behind the main street in Miraflores. some of the staff were extremely nice, like our breakfast service person and a lovely lady at reception who helped us organise a restaurant delivery.

Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and very nice and helpful. The breakfast was not a huge spread, but it was high-quality and fresh. The rooms were comfortable and the location is great. Solid value for money.

“Great central location”
Great central location very close to Kennedy Park but down a quiet no exit street so quiet at night. Close to many cafes, restaurants and shops. Very nice breakfast with a lot of choice. Eggs made to order. When we missed our connecting flight and had to spend an extra 2 nights in Lima we came back to this hotel.

Superb hotel with very pleasant staff. The bedroom was spacious, clean and had a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, fridge, cups and cutlery. Large clean private bathroom with great shower and reliable hot water. The room was very quiet on 6th floor. Very good buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Good wi-fi signal. Great location close to Park Kennedy and many shops and restaurants. Bus stop for buses 301 and 305 to old Lima central is close to the hotel. Very good value for money in Miraflores district. They offered us an early check-in about 0900 including breakfast for 30 US$ per couple - very welcome after early flight arrival
