“If I need a place to stay for a night in Lima again, I'll go back to the Amara.”
We just needed a place to stay one night before catching our flights home. It's relatively close to the airport and more than adequate. There's a nice rooftop terraza on the 8th floor with great views of the coastal side of the city where smokers can enjoy. The restaurant wasn't anything fancy, but thay sated our hunger and they serve a strong pisco sour. Breakfast was included, too. I suggest the tamal with onions. Staff, both at reception desk and in the restaurant, were very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi worked. We had hot water. Uber back to the airport was less than $10 usd.

It was a quiet area, on a main road in La Perla Callao, there were eateries around close, it was close to the airport , it was a good big shower, good double bed & good size room
