“Great for a short stay!”

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, despite the language barrier. This was a short stay to catch an early morning flight and chose this bnb as it's close to the airport and offered a free pick. However, the free pick is no longer available for new bookings. I was pleasantly surprised by the size, cleaning, and facilities in the room. The shared bathroom on the floor, seperate women and men was modern and clean. Plenty hot water. The breakfast was simple but good, eggs rolls, coffee milk to your room. There's an outlet mall and market within close walking distance. Overall, it was great for a short stay. The price/value point was excellent, considering the Holiday Inn is around the corner.

The owner was very friendly and informative. She looked after me like I was a visiting relative, checking if I found my way arround the city ok and if I was safe.. She was very helpful arranging a taxi and even went out of her way to lend me some money before I was able to exchange currency. The room was spacious and very clean. Location is great if one has a late night or early morning flight. She also runs a little shop where you can purchase essentials. My room came with breakfast and I even hot a thermos with hot water in the evening.

A friendly hostess met and checked us in at 2 a.m. Conveniently located, a 5-10-minute drive from the airport. Affordable price.

Breakfast was very basic

How close it was to the airport, comfortable bed. Only one bathroom/toilet for the whole floor is not enough. I had to use the men's one as the ladies was always occupied and I had to rush to the airport. Also the stairs are steep and narrow, I'm glad I didn't have a luggage. But the accommodation itself was a problem, it was ok overall. I add picture of the breakfast below.

Good location close to the airport, ideal for a stopover. Family are very nice and sorted me a v affordable airport transfer in the morning. Egg sandwiches and coffee, what's not to like?

Greeted and taken care of by such a friendly woman who was very helpful with all questions. The little shop onsite was super handy after arriving late from the airport. She accepted card there too. Plenty of food in easy walking distance.

Very nice family who are very accommodating, useful location for catching a flight, 15 min uber away. Very nice views from the rooftop of airport/city lights etc. Room & wifi are good. Surrounding area a little sketch so wouldn’t recommend going for long wanders.

The place was very nicely decorated and clean and I had a good sleep. For a 1 night stay I would do it again.

“Basic but comfortable with lovely care ⭐”

Very convenient accommodation just 15 minutes from the airport — perfect for a stopover. The room was very basic, but spotlessly clean, with a comfortable double bed, a large fan, a window for fresh air, and two fluffy towels provided — exactly what I needed after months in hostel dorms. The landlady was incredibly kind and helpful, providing drinking water, a simple but adequate breakfast, and also preparing a very basic evening meal for a small fee — just simple fuel to keep me going, which I was truly grateful for as there aren’t many nearby food options. She also kindly allowed me to stay in the room beyond the 11am checkout while I waited for my Uber, which made things much less stressful. The shared bathroom was clean and easy to access, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and the airport shuttle made everything simple. I’d happily stay again for the convenience and the warm hospitality ⭐

“Scary location - we did not feel safe”

It is located in a quite scary neighbourhood and we did not feel safe. All doors and windows were covered by iron fences. When arriving at the hotel the driver (probably the owner) asked us to stay in the car until he had checked that it was safe enough to walk the 10 meters to the hotel!! No way that you could leave the hotel and find a restaurant with safety. We will never come back to this place. We know we cannot expect much for the low price but this place was not at all good enough for us. We only made the booking because it was close to the airport and they offered free airport transfers (which they did not… as we arrived after 10pm we had to pay 5 US$ and as we left before 10 am we had to pay 5 US$ again)

“Great Airport Stay”

Great location close to airport, super friendly helpful owners, spotlessly clean. A fantastic choice when you arrive or leave Lima. And a ride to the airport at 5am included was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend

They provide one free airport pick up and a paid drop off service at 3 am in the morning.

After my flight was cancelled, they picked me up at LIM at 10 AM and let me check in and crash. The room was very clean. The internet worked fine. The bed was good. They gave me a bottle of water. 25 soles back to the airport in the morning was reasonable.
