“Bad experience”
Something bad happened to me at this hotel. I stayed two nights and when I checked out I left a ring Igot from my mother (who passed away two years ago), something that has a lot of sentimental value. The hotel simply said they couldn't find it. It’s not what you'd expect to happen at a hotel like this. Disappointing.

Staff didn't provide sheets and blankets for our kids during our stay despite asking multiple times till our last night. The room was not a suite. Just one bug open room so kids couldn't nap

“Much cleaner than most hotels.”
The hotel is clean, the room is spacious, the breakfast and coffee were decent.. Especially the coffee as most hotels the coffee is awful. The staff I interacted with were very friendly.
