“Carpets stinks, basin mounted skew, tap discharging hot water only.”

Very clean, very friendly and efficient staff, good value for money and location, big menu.. I'd have given it 11 our if 10 if at the end of the day I hadn't found a long blond hair in my chicken Mongolian unfortunately, which I doubt it belonged to the kitchen staff.. strange and not very nice.. other than that, fantastic, I'd stay there again, but wouldn't have Mongolian probably ever again lol

“Gréât business venue with super helpful staff”
Despite its busy location it is quiet and great for a good night sleep. Staff are so helpful and the inclusive breakfast was great. There is a good restaurant on site too.
