“Horrible”
The only appliance in the kitchen was a kettle and if we had to make tea, then we had to bring our own tea satchets, sugar and milk, and use the plastic tumblers. Our room had no Tv, no microwave oven, no stove, no complimentary bath soap or body lotion, one bath towel for me and my son. We were offered no wifi. The last 2km to the property take you through a muddied gravel road. At night, naturally there were no street lights, or security lights of the neighbours. The neighbourhood had no street names and the last 4 turns to the property had no signs to guide you. Without giving the village a second look, one gets the feel of an informal settlement. Returning to the propery after the New year's party, GPS took us on a merry go round for 90 minutes between 1.30am and 3am, simply because the roads are chaotic. Staff didnt take our call.

The staff on site were super helpful. We are so grateful to ASamson who always had a smile and always offered a helping hand even when we didn't need it 😊. My family were well looked after and it felt like I was at home. I was also super impressed with the respo se of the home manager who attended to all our concerns and offered solutions when in a sticky situation. Kudos to the whole team for being customer focused, listening and making changes as needed. Will definitely book again, my whole family loved the space and overall atmosphere. ZIKOMO Acacia Stay for making our Christmas a memorable one 🙏🏽
