Overview
Situated in the evergreen village of Likodromio, between Xanthi and Stavroupoli, Tzivaeri features a bar and a children's playground. It offers self-contained apartments with fireplace, balcony and views to the forest. Fitted with stone floors, each of Tzivaeri’s apartments features a seating area and comes with hand-crafted furnishings and carpets. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, coffee maker, fridge and cookware. Individual heating and 24-hour hot water is available. Breakfast is served in the room, while guests can enjoy a drink, coffee or snack from the bar at the outdoor seating area. Children can play safely in the fenced garden. BBQ facilities are also available. Free WiFi and a satellite TV are available in the coffee bar. Tzivaeri is 12 km from the city of Xanthi and 10 km from river Nestos. Stavroupolis Town is at 11 km. Free private parking is available on site.

“Warm hospitality”
We stayed here for two nights and were extremely satisfied with our experience. From the room to the warm hospitality and enjoyable conversations with the owner Aristi, there was nothing we didn’t enjoy about our stay. Travelling and staying with two small children, including a baby is not always easy, but this place is perfect even for families with little kids. Highly recommended. We would love to come back someday!

Great ambiance, very rare example of hospitality ! If you want to relax between mountains and enjoy the bar 10 steps away, good choice. If you want to sleep peacefully and drive around for activities and eating during the day, also a good choice. Family-run business, Aristi & her husband built and decorated the facility from scratch. Aristi is full of fun stories and good advice about what can be done in the area. 10/10, what more can you expect? Will definitely visit again.

Our stay at the Tzivaeri Hotel was nothing short of wonderful!!! This stunning villa, nestled in the centre of nature, really exceeded our expectations. A peaceful and quiet location, a well-maintained hotel with all of the amenities one could require for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. But what differentiates Tzivaeri is the hostess, Aristi, who provides exceptional hospitality. Aristi made us feel right at home from the time we arrived, with her warm and inviting approach. We had great time here! The breakfast basket was enormous and very delicious, used the best ingredients. Panoramic view of the mountains. It is very peaceful and is a nice getaway. The rooms are very clean, cozy and comfy and the hostess running the hotel is amazing warmhearted with wonderful smile! You will feel welcomed and cared for.
